Hi
I am trying to connect a 'Topaz' signing pad to my MBP
In the mac os the MBP sees the device but in Parallels/XP the program that uses the device cannot see it

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am not sure about Parallels, but in Fusion, a USB device cannot be connected to 2 "machines" at the same time. So, you should try to Eject the device in OSX and then connect it in Parallels.
