Urgent : Last words of advice for Ram & Mouse for a Macbook

After searhing various threads i narrowed to these

1 ) Logitech vx revolution mouse for 49$..... I really wanted a bluetooth mouse but after seeing the review & ergonomics i decided on it ... Q - Does the Usb reciever of VX blocks the second port in a Macbook ( if so i will not buy it) ?
Is there a really a good bluetooth mouse below 50$ that could match VX...

The VX Rev needs the usb stick to work, it is not bluetooth.

Thats what i asked for .... It has a usb reciever & does it block the adjacent usb port in macbook ......... if it does block i will go for a bluetooth mouse ...
Actually VX looks marvellous .... Any bluetooth one to ompete with VX ( even though its RF Mouse its features out scores BT mouses acc to me ).....
Anyone to contradict me?

The receiver looks quite slim, so it shouldn't block the second port:

Or you could go for its little brother with an insanely tiny receiver:

i am planning on going with the nano soon. It is small so be aware it is not fat hand friendly.
