Monitor My apartment from built in Camera

Does anybody know of a good program where I can leave my macbook running and view the video stream from it's inbuilt camera over the network to a remote location. I.e. watch my apartment from my office.

I think EvoCam would allow you to do this.

Here's an old Macworld article that talks about possible setups. You'll have to do some research to see if the software still exists and their compatibilities with hardware and your OS version.

Here's another app, keycamx. On google there seems to be a few possibilities and lots of info. I googled for use iSight as spy camera.
