This is my current set up> Connect MacBook Pro to HDtv

What connections/cables would i need to make the aple tv run visual through my tv and audio through my home cinema?

DVI -> HDMI for MBP to TV

3.5mm -> 2RCA for MBP to Sound System, from the headphone jack, your system doesnt appear to have digital inputs so this is your only option.

just read your link again, and seems you have an AppleTV coming, so you can use HDMI -> HDMI on its own from the AppleTV to the Samsung, this will carry the audio aswell as the video from your AppleTV
