Unablr to Save to External HD

I can read whats on and delete files, but I'm unable to save to the drive. I can do the formentioned via a PC so the drive is fine, I'm missing something simple on a access issue with my mac, can anyone advise. Thanks Mogwi MACPRO - Quad Core dual 3.GHZ Processor - 8GB RAM - 1TB HD |
