imac 20" core duo CPU upgrade?

what is the strongest CPU i can put into my imac 20" core duo 2.0 ghz MA200LL
i had found this Core 2 duo E6750 2.66 ghz, but as farei know.. Core duo is "only" a 32bit Cpu and core 2 duo is a 64bit cpu... and use a 667mhz bus and core 2 duo use 1024mhz...
is it possible?
will i get the full power of a core 2 duo?
