If you could buy one thing from the Apple store...

So let's say that you just bought a MacBook Pro along with an Airport Extreme Base Station last month, and you got an iPod last Christmas, and you could buy any ONE thing from the Apple store, what would it be?

Assume that money is essentially no option, but it can only be one thing. Is the obvious answer a 30 inch Apple Cinema Display?

This isn't just to spark conversation, I might in this situation for some reason ;), and am looking for some input ;).

I go with a maxed out Mac Pro like Del said. You could resell it for so much money, or keep it and have a bad computer.

man you could sell it for 10k or more. I would get a maxed out mac book pro but since you got it maybe some kind of editing suit, fcp6 or adobe.

definitely a maxed out mac pro. it's free, who WOULDN'T WANT ONE?!

Aside from the resale schemes and realizing your MBP is all the computer you'll need for some time, I think the obvious choice is a 30" Cinema display.

Mac Pro.... with Maxed Out EVERYTHING.

Not for reSale but for the pure Joy of using it ;D

Would have to be a fully loaded Mac Pro. Would be worth more than my car!

Sandwichman 09-30-2007 11:33 AM

I'd have to say 30" Cinema Display... If you need the power of the Mac Pro, you'd already have one (instead of a laptop). And the one thing you can always need more of is screen space.

Besides, you could get a semi-maxed out Pro and a 30" for less (!!!) than a maxed-out Pro.

Ah hah! But you would have to buy a monitor then, and that would be 2 things ;)
