Hi, As I am new to Mac I am new to this 'Logic Board' not 'Motherboard' Idea.

Why is it called a Logic Board?

2007 iMac 20" 2.0Ghz w/ Wireless Mighty Mouse
2010 iPhone 3GS 32GB - White
2008 iPod Video / 5th Generation 30GB - Black
2006 HP Pavilion DV4206TU Notebook

Because way back when, there was a "Logic Board" which included everything to make the computer work, and an "Analogue Board" to drive the display. Now the analogue board has gone, but the term logic board has stuck... it's a more logical term than motherboard anyway, don't you think?
