Ok I am getting a refurbished i bookand was going to buy some RAM (512)so it would be 768 and i was wondering like in 2 years from now could i rip out the 512 or 256 one and but a 1Gb module in there??????

actually i think ibooks can only take (or will only work with) 640mb of ram.

there is probably one peice attached to the mobo (128) and a atick of ram (128)
