Hey,

I'm looking to purchase a new MAC laptop. Which is better for standard light use but also wants to power when doing things. Anyone know where I can get discounts? I'm a student so I already know of the Apple.com/education/store.htm.

Thanks

If you are going to be doing mainly light things, I would suggest an iBook. I am getting an iBook to start with, then purchasing a PowerBook later, when I have more funds =). Apple is the only one (as far as I know) that offers an educational discount.

Hope this helps!
