Sunday night I finally ordered a new computer (eMac - combo, 512 MB/80 GB). I have been faithfully served by the Beige G3 Mini-tower for 6 years, in OS 9 for the past three years. Time to move into the present century. My grandchildren (9, 8, 7) will share the old computer.

Should be here late this week or early next week. Can't wait!!

Beige G3
300 Mhz
384 MB RAM
9 GB harddrive
Sony 19" screen (200ES)
Epson Color 800
Global Village Modem (56k) with fax
Kensington Turbo Mouse (love it!!)

Primary software:

Nisus Writer 6.5
FrameMaker 6
PageMaker 7
Office 2001
FileMaker Pro 4.1
MacBible
EZNote
Reunion

I have also ordered the Office 2004 upgrade and the FileMaker Pro 7 upgrade

Other needs for software upgrade (when money is available):

PageMaker --- > InDesign
Nisus Writer --- > Nisus Writer Express
MacBible --- > Accordance

Biggest frustration is that FrameMaker is not being updated by Adobe for Macs!
