how to conect imac to monitor speakers

I am buying a 20" imac and want to connect it to Yamaha MSP5 professional monitor speakers, these are powered speakers so I think i only need a way to connect them and not an additional amp. I think a Griffin "imic" would be part of this but is that enough or do I need something else?

Monster cable makes a stereo 1/8 to 2x1/4 jack y-cable (assuming that your powered monitors have 1/4 inch jacks like most)
