transfering files????

How can I transfer files between my PC and a Unix system? Any suggestions or any ideas, plzzzz reply me!

Easiest way is share a folder on the PC, then mount it from the Unix machine.

In a terminal session, type...
$ mount -h
...for the commands necessary.
