If I get Apple TV will it be able to access all my files on ny NAS? I understand that it syncs with iTunes, etc but I have my iTunes library and iPhoto library on my NAS.

It works, as long as you have the data mapped in your itunes, you should have no issues. Works like a champ for me. Streams video very well, even over the wireless.
