USB Port on Apple TV

Does anyone have any idea what will connect to the USB port on the Apple TV?

Currently, the USB port is only used for "service and diagnostics". So you can't really plug anything into it.

However, Apple may later on release a firmware update that will allow you to add some things to the device, such as an external hard drive or a USB-based DVR.

maybe later on you will be able to add external storage. or download music from your ipod onto the apple tv hdd
