If you look at the apple site they now say apple tv's will ship in 3-5 days it said ships in mid-march earlier today.

Just saw this at Gizmodo, DIY: Apple TV Hard Drive Upgraded to 120GB.

And there is a new section in the Apple Support website section for the Apple TV Service & Support.
