I recently did a clean sweep upgrade on my emac 10.2 to Tiger. I inserted more memory, backed-up all my music and documents, and completed the upgrade. I had absolutely no problems and for a week or so, the machine was seamless. Then, out of the blue, I could not print. I repeatedly saw printer error messages for my deskjet 3650. I erased it and reinstalled it, turned off the computer, unplugged, a whole gamate of things and nothing worked. I went out and purchased a brand new Lexmark but that did not work either. The printer shows up in the window as the printer, but it won't print and all of the utilities and help for the printer are disabled. Please help. I am a school teacher who cannot survive w/o a printer.
