Hi, I recently Recieved an Emac From a Friend. It was running os 9.2.2. It Needed an administrators password(Didn't Have it. So Then I figured I would Boot from the Cd-rom. That didnt work. It Wouldn't accept any of the Option Commands. So then I decided to Take out the Battery that is in the PMU Area. I was Then able to boot up from 9.2 to 10.3. It was working Fine. I then Transported the Emac back to my home And it would Not Turn on. IT only made a buzzing Noise LIke when a tv First Turns on But that would be itWould do nothing After that. I Then Realized That Did not put the Batery for the Pmu Back inside. Then I put It back(the Battery) and reset the PMU and still nothing. Is there a solution to this Problem or did I fry my Emac?
QUOTE Thanks
