Do I need to turn off my mouse and keyboard at the end of every day? The power switches are a pain to get too. How long are the batteries good for if I just leave them on? Anyone try rechargeable batteries?

If you leave them on, eventually they just like "go to sleep". The batteries in wireless mouses and keyboards will last for a pretty long even if you don't turn them off every time you are done. Rechargeable batteries are actually a great thing to get. You won't have to recharge them that often, and you don't have to buy new ones. They work like a charm.
