accoding to apples site it uses 150 watts operating, but when an electronic device starts it will draw much more power to gat it running. most electronics draw 3 times as many watts to start them. I would get tranformer that supports 450 watts. Unless the monitors built in PSU has a switch to change between 120 and 220/240 voltage. then you just need a new cable.
