I have the isight and love it, but I have a question. How do you take a snapshot with it? Let's say I want to take a snapshot and post it on my yahoo profile. How do I take a single picture and save it, so that i can upload it on-line?

Thats what I use. You can import video into iMovie and create an image using the screenshot tools but this is easier
