iChat with no isight, possible?

OK here is the deal.

I have a macbook pro and my friend just got a Macpro today. I have I sightbuilt in he doesnt. But he has a USB logitech camera. Can this be used or not with isight?

And if not is there a program we can use together for the time being until he gets an isight?
