RF to Mac

Does any body know if there is a way to run an RF into an Mac. My friends got one on he PC and he uses it to watch tv. I wanna be able to this to. any help would be appreciated.

Also the Elgatos EyeTV, Does anybody know if this will work in the UK and if the USB version is any good. (its the cheapest 1 :p )
