Macbook - webcam

trying to use my inbuilt webcam with aMSN but when i click the webcam button to send a request it says im behind a firewall etc even though my firewall is off..I had it connect to someone earlier however now it wont connect and when I manage to send a request another way then it cancels....any help please?

webcam works fine mate, I'm running the latest mac book with inbuilt isight...problem is that when using aMsn it says im either behind a firewall or a router..but that makes no sense because my firewall is off anyway and what laptop normally isn't behind a router!!??
any help greatly appreciated

i tried to but didnt know what to do, the thing is it works sometimes but not others and works with some people and not others.

you need to setup port forwarding via your router.

As for the forwarding of your ports through the router, every router has a specific process. your router can most likely be found at www.portforward.com
