I'm assuming the wireless mouse and keyboard also go to sleep when the computer does too, then?

Here is what I use with the iBook. Some mouse my friend gave me... the cord retracts too. Lighter is to give you an idea of how big it is. I can stick it on the part of the iBook next to the trackpad and use it. 12" iBook too..

PC Mouse that I've had for several years now. Logitech MX310. I'll never stop using it unless it stops letting me.

I have the G5 as well. I really love the G5 mouse. I just HATE the support for it though. I don't know why logitech just doesn't write a driver. But all in all I love this mouse allot.

Does the battery weight of the wireless "mouses" bother anyone who uses them? I was comparing the wired and wireless MM this weekend and was quite surprised at the difference in the weight.

I personally prefer the weight of the wireless, if not heavier. I tried my new laser mouse out before I put the batteries in it, and didn't like the feel at all. I could even contemplate adding extra weight to it, but I'm sure I'll become accustomed to how it is right now.

I wish Logitech would refresh the MX1000... I know, the basestation sucks, but I use a USB hub, and the station sits under my desk so it's out of the way. Mine is over 2 years old & has held up quite well to the abuse I put it through. I can't find a trustworthy place from which to buy a replacement...a shame.

I was looking at the Radtech BT600, but the reviews I've read are mixed at best... Plus I've never used a BT mouse before, and sluggishness/lag would kill it for me....I need speed (i.e. pointer; scroll; etc.)!! MX1000 + Steermouse has been a winning combination on my MBP...

I tried the BT600 – didn't like the buttons (too stiff) and it felt small. I tried the Mighty Mouse that came with my iMac, but it was again too small, and didn't have buttons in the right places.

In the end I went back to my Logitech MX700.

I use the RadTech BT600. I'm quite pleased with it. I especially like the innovative charging via usb feature

Do you know whether Steermouse works w/ the BT600? Only reason I ask is that I only recently spent the $20 for it....I know Radtech has its own driver, but I'd probably use Steermouse instead if it's compatible...

Mouse suggestions...Have had my mighty mouse 6 months. Scroll wheel stopped working every now and then, I usually could mess with it to fix it for a few weeks before I have to worry again. but now its just gone. I would like to keep the expose functionality if thats possible with other mice. Is that possible? I don't care if its wired or wireless. just need something that works. Suggestions?

My friend had this same problem... he took the mouse back to the shop he got it from and they replaced it for free. His new mouse has been working perfectly since, so maybe you just got a defective mouse?

I also have a question... my Mighty Mouse will not scroll left/right in Adobe Illustrator. I can go up and down, but not left and right. Scrolling left scrolls up and scrolling right scrolls down. I can only scroll left/right while holding down the Apple button... Is this normal for Illustrator? I can't imagine why... anyone know how to fix this?
Here's a screenshot of my mouse preferences if it helps: http://img218.imageshack.us/img218/4...0704221db5.png

My mightmouse stopped working about 6 months ago. I've finally decided to get a new one. Been looking into this one as I want a mouse that's the same style but want the scroll and right click.
Anyone know if this is any good?
