Is there a relatively cheep (under my budget of $70) TV tuner for my mac. If so, does anyone know how they work?

Never seen one. Cheapest was like 150. This is a very painful thing I tried once...looking for a cheap TV tuner that has good quality. There should be a definite answer on the web somewhere. I would like to know.

I borrowed the Terratec Cinergy XS hybrid USB stick from work and it looks quite nice!
