I like the the 1000 VA APC UPS I have on my Gateway system, so I bought another, just slightly lower capacity UPS for the iMac tonight. I am aware of the "sleep" issues associated with the current version of PowerChute, but it's not an issue for me, as I never put the computer to sleep. All seems fine, but the menubar icon shows "Unknown Time Until Full" after about 5 hours now. Does the UPS have to kick in at least once to determine what is and isn't a full charge, or will the status eventually report some stats? Thanks!
