dual processor eMac 2?

i heard about this a while back and posted it to my blog here (http://blog.lotas-smartman.net/archives/001089.php) and was wondering is there any more news? a dual processor emac at 599 would be pretty sweet. im looking to upgrade my imac g3 to something faster and this would a lot faster. if you have heard anything, please post here. i need to know if i should start saving! :p
