Was just wondering why laptop screens are generally limited to 60hz refresh rates.
Im sure I read somewhere that 75hz is the lowest recommended to avoid eye strain.
Is it a limitation of TFT screens?

LCD cells can hold a charge longer than a CRT phosphor, thus not needing a refresh rate as fast as CRTs.

That recommendation is for CRTs only I would presume.

I try to Command+Shift+/ when I can.
