iCloud activation

I cannot get the activation code for I cloud, because I do not have SMS or texting. Can you help

You don't need SMS to setup an iCloud account unless you've set up two step authentication in which case you'd have to have two step anyway. What device are you using to set up an iCloud account? Have you already set up an iCloud account?

hey guys, i need your help ?.. i just restored my iphone, i dont know to bypass the activation screen in ios 7 and i forgot and dont know the details of icloud.. i've been seeking for help on how to do this.. i found a site that has unlock a while ago, Apple iPhone Unlock Services - Official iPhone Unlockers is anyone familiar with this? can anyone help me? pleeeeeeaase..
