Palm TX Help Synchronising

Hi I just got a Palm TX on Friday i have this synchronising with my iMac at home no problems (using Missing Synch) my problem is that i would like to also synchonise my work calender (on a windows XP machine [yuck]) onto my palm but i dont seem to be able to do this can anyone offer me some help?
