You can also use Disk Utility:
Burning a disk image file on a CD or DVD in Mac OS X

15" PowerBook G4, 1.67GHz, 2GB RAM, 250GB HD ; 16GB iPad2.

I tried with iDVD but doesn't work on my dvd player. Then I tried to see this iDVD on my old computer (windows Xp) and I cannot open. I have .TS files.

As suggested by member louishen, download and use the free open source "Burn" and set it to burn a video disk.
