Hi guys, I could not find a better place than here to post my off topic question. I just bought one of the last 17 inch model MBP's, and I may be using this computer to do some tutoring at my high school in math and chemistry. At school we have the SMART boards and SMART software. However, one license for the software is $600 and I am not paying that much!

I really want some type software/app (not quite like powerpoint or a word processor) that will allow me to use the interactive board to its fullest ability, that is, something with a full screen page that allows me to extend the page to outrageous lengths without having to add another page every few lines (for one of those algebra problems...)

Does anyone know of such?

The school might have licenses available for the SMART board software. Check with the administration or (if applicable) the IT person.

(As an aside, I have no idea why they charge that for the software when the hardware itself is so expensive).
