My Logitech VUBM46 camera was working perfectly on my Mac Mini. Now on Google+ the other party can see me, but I cannot see them, and the small video image of my output does not appear on my screen. I went to "settings" and the Logitech Video icon is greyed out. Audio is fine. Problem exists on both "default device" and "built-in output" settings. I am a dummy, and need help.

If the other party can see and hear you, then your camera is working OK. If you can't see or hear the other party, then it's their camera/configuration that is incorrect..

Thank you. I had assumed that the small "preview" video image originated from my camera. Appreciate your help.
