More than 4gb ram in Macbook
I know what Apple says,i know what crucial says, but i wanna hear from the horses mouth.
Can you put more than 4gbs of ram in a Macbook 7.1 .Please let your answer be from first hand knowledge, not from what you have been told."They" told Columbus that the world was flat, looked how that turned out. Either way i am going to throw in a couple of schticks, one 4gb,one 2gb. if it works i might go with two 4gbs.If it dont work,my next post will be how to fix my mac.

You can install 8gig. My wife has a MacBook 6,1...and she has 8gig in hers as well.
