I just got a Western Digital external USB hard drive to run my Time Machine on. It's not allowing me to format it for my Mac because it says it "won't unmount." Can anyone help? I'm kind of lost. Thanks

I found the solution. I go to the Finder choose Command+Control and click.
QUOTE Thanks
