use imac as screen for xbox 360
i need some help as i want to use my imac as the screen for my xbox 360. i see that xbox has a 360 to vga cable. i was thinking about getting a dvi to vga but i think the dvi is output only, not input. so is it possible to have a usb to vga and play games on my screen like that?

Which iMac do you have? Only the iMac 27" models have a video input port in addition to a video output port. If you have any other model, it won't work.

i have the 21.5 one. so is there any other way i could get it to be used as a screen for my xbox?

No, there is only one port on the iMac 21.5" model and that port is output only. I happen to own a 2011 iMac with the Thunderbolt output port, however, it only offers video out. The iMac 27" model has two ports (video in and video out) which is the reason it can be used as a monitor for the XBox.
