Hello people, i recently change my GPU because there was a problem with this, i took the macbook in apple and they change this for free. They told me that it was a manufactuer problem and thats why the macbook was getting hot. Since that i notice that the mac is still getting hot and i download the iSTAT nano and themperatures for all the parts are above 50 all the time. any suggestions?

No suggestions...it's normal.

50C is nothing...some folks have reported temps over 90C...with the 70+C very normal. 50C is actually on the low end.

And if you think about it...50C = 122F. Some deserts in the world get hotter than that.

p.s. FYI...the cpu temp. on my MacBook Pro is currently 84C.

Take it you mean C? For 0F you would be near the North Pole.

Around 40-48C is pretty normal.

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
