    time capsule
i'm trying to figure out the best way to back up a family memebers g4 imac from early 2003. I have a time capsule but it is currently being used by my mbp. can i use it to back up the imac without it erasing the back up data from the macbook pro?

As long as you use different names for the two backups the Time Capsule will create a separate file for each computer that has a Time Machine established.. Good Luck.
