I want to upgrade my existing hard drive to a solid slate drive. I am thinking of getting this - OCZ Vertex 3 VTX3-25SAT3-120G 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Will this work with my macbook pro, 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7, 4 GB, Mac 10.7.2? If anyone here have a SSD drive, is it worth the upgrade? I currently have a 750gb 5400 rpm drive. Thanks!
