Internal Optical drive

Hi all, I just joined the forums today and I wanted to know if anyone has any idea if the internal optical drive linked below will work with a 2007/2008 ish model aluminum case 15 in macbook pro. I THINK it does, but I would appreciate some feedback before I buy it as I'm a bit strapped for cash.

It should work. However, if for some reason it doesn't, Amazon has an easy no questions asked return policy.
