Hi, I have a G5 desktop with 2 hard drives. I cannot remove the bottom drive. It is stuck hard. What would cause this? I have tried to help by loosening the rail at the side. Can anyone advise? Thanks.

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
