I have an RMA Hammerfall PCMCIA sound card for home recording that cost me a weeks check. anyone know of any thing that can convert a card down to Firewire / usb / thundersbolt etc. I just bought the pcmcia to pci express adapter but with the way things are going the pci express slot my also get left behind. RME does offer a pci express card but again thats another $500. Keeping true expansion for pro aplications is only the most costly laptops now. feedback welcome.
QUOTE Thanks
