Having checked that my proposed software has an ipad version and that my proposed printer is AirPrint compatible, I'm told by the software developer that their iPad software is not compatible with AirPrint which makes getting an AirPrint printer rather pointless.
So as it would seem that simply having an AirPrint compatible printer is not sufficient in itself to quarantee being able to print from an iPad (or Iphone), is there a list somewhere of what software IS compatible with this set up? Will all Apple software print with this set up (in particular Pages)? Happiness is not getting what you want, but wanting what you get. |

Standing request for all troubleshooting: Please provide your Mac model/year and OS version. Also advise us if you have used or installed any antivirus, security, or "cleaning" software on your Mac. If you have installed MacKeeper in particular, you are hereby advised to uninstall it. --------- If all else fails to fix your problem, read this tip. |

As for AirPrint compatibility, every Apple app I've used has it. Individual app devs just need to make it an option in their app, but it's definite there for any who choose to do so. schweb | community leader flickr » facebook » twitter » tumblr » google+ » about.me Mac-Forums: On Twitter | On Facebook | On Flickr
