Transferring photos from iPhoto to flash drive

I have titled all of my photos and placed them in albums. When I transferred them to a newly purchased flash drive they are identified only by a string of numbers.jpeg. I have to open each photo to know what it is. Other than going through them 1 by 1 and renaming them, is there any way to transfer the identifying info?

When you are viewing the contents of your flash drive, try changing the view option to "icons" or "thumbnails" depending on which OS you're using.
