transfering window files to an external hd for a mini mac via macdrive?

i can't figure out how to do this and i'm having a pretty hard time.

most of what i'm transfering are mp3s, photos, video, and word files.

Mac Specs: Mac Pro 8x3.0ghz 12gb ram 8800GT , MBP 2.16 2GB Ram 17 inch.

PowerBookG4 is offline
Make sure the external drive is formatted as FAT 32.. transfer files from windows machine to hard drive. Then transfer the files from the hard drive to the mac mini.
