Hi,
I have a LaCie 1TB Big Disk Triple Interface Hard Drive. When I plug it in, the blue activity light does not come on, it does sound like it is spinning, but never boots up and I cannot see it on my computer. No other clicking noises.
I have had trouble with the power supply and have replaced it already.

Can I pull the drive out of the case and use a HD dock? I have never done this before, so I wanted to ask for advise before I started pulling things apart...also, what type of HD dock would be best to use?

Thanks in advance for any advice,
Kim
