It has all the clicks and mouse moves that you did during the recording. You can also speed up how fast it repeats your clicks by changing the "Playback Speed" http://i1224.photobucket.com/albums/...1at52821PM.png #6 In the searchbar type Loop and then drag it underneath the Watch Me Do action. The application will run till it has looped the number of times that it was told (Step 6) and then quit.  Has given me ideas now. Could use this to open all Apps i need to after startup..... The possibilities are endless. Will now look into Automator to accomplish other tasks ....
