HI All,

I'm looking for a good 24" LCD to go with my Macbook pro, I use it mainly for web design and some print as well so it needs to render colours decently, I prefer a matt display over gloss and i don't have a big budget to get a cinema display

can you guys suggest something?

thanks!

Dell ULTRASHARP models are excellent! You can get a 24" Ultrasharp for $600. They also have some new LED models, which you can compare here.

I've had the 30" Dell Ultrasharp for nearly 2 years and love it - especially since I paid only $999 for it, compared to Apple's higher priced LCD.

I'd suggest an Apple Cinema display. 27" should do well.

Or you could score a used 24"/30" on the cheap. Probably for around the Ultrasharp's price.
