Question about 27" Apple LED Cinema Display

For those with the 27" Apple LED Display, what is the height between the bottom of the actual display (bottom of the monitor case that holds the display) and the bottom of the metal base?

I'm trying to determine this height to figure out if I need to order a mounting system.

Mine is only a 24" but it measures about 2 3/8".
